Overview

The Architect, Urban Environment Design assists with business development and will meet with clients and stakeholders to advance architectural services with a focus on Municipal Water, Wastewater & Solid Waste Facilities and expand resiliency initiatives that focus on equitable development. The Architect, Urban Environment Design reports to the Managing Director of Architects, and will assist in the preparation of renderings, plans, specifications, and cost opinions for design projects as well as perform project management duties for interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
· Provide architectural design services for municipal facilities including water treatment, water resource recovery, and solid waste handling facilities
· Prepare conceptual designs and document building program requirements
· Prepare code summaries, plans, elevations, sections, details, specifications, and cost opinions for design projects.
· Prepare 3-dimensional models, renderings, and walk-throughs.
· Document resiliency and sustainability performance using key-performance indicators (KPI), LEED, and Envision.
· Perform field data collection in conjunction with design projects.
· Provide office services during construction for related projects.
· Lead and assist with new business opportunities.

Requirements
· NAAB-accredited Bachelor of Architecture required, Master of Architecture is a plus
· NCARB certification

· 8+ years of professional experience desired, will consider proven candidate with 6+ years of Urban Environment or Municipal Design experience
· Water, wastewater. and solid waste municipal design experience highly desired
· Project Management experience leading projects, mentoring teams, managing clients, managing budgets and schedules as well as participating in business development.
· REVIT and AutoCAD skills are required
· SketchUp, Photoshop, or Twilight is a plus

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide programming and integration services in conjunction with controls modifications and upgrades – add control points to existing SCADA systems, provide minor modifications to existing SCADA programming and HMI systems as required, including full station programming for process control facilities.

Lead IT Compliance activities for specific CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) event evaluations, investigations, and resolution planning. Responsible for medium

The IAM Technical Leader works within the global Business Technology Services organization and functions as the primary evangelist and critical thought leader for the Identity & Access Management / Access Governance strategy. The IAM Technical Leader is responsible for planning and overseeing current IAM Access Governance programs and projects and ensures the successful execution and alignment/support for the company’s Identity Strategy.

The IAM Technical Leader is ultimately responsible for the architecture of all solutions implemented by the IAM Access Governance team. The IAM Technical Leader provides technical leadership, and mentors other Identity architects and project team members on executing the Identity strategy and transforming how the team works to improve solution quality and delivery times.

Duties

Lead technical projects and teams to architect, design, develop, and implement identity management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ and Microsoft Identity Manager
Evangelize IAM Access Governance to Identity team, peer teams, IT leadership, and divisional application owners
Evolve current IAM Access Governance Strategy to align with enterprise changing needs
Consult on security policies, standards, and guidelines, working to make security requirements clear and accessible and develop reference architectures and reference implementation patterns
Drive elimination of technical debt within the existing Identity platform as part of a continuous modernization and optimization approach
Ensure the successful transition of project deliverables to support / maintenance /operations teams

Required Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/ Engineering or related field
Advanced degree/ relevant professional certification is a plus
5+ years of experience implementing enterprise IAM solutions in a large complex and global enterprise environment
5+ years of experience developing technical strategies, architectures, roadmaps, and leading teams
Experience with Identity solutions such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, Microsoft FIM/MIM, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, ADLDS, etc.
Design and Architecture of IAM in the cloud
Work with Agile development teams, experience replacing traditional implementation approaches with Agile methodology an extreme+

The Business Information Security Officer (BISO) is a new role that will work with Technology and Business Leadership across multiple business Divisions to adopt cybersecurity controls that protect customers, business data, and critical operations.
The Business Information Security Officer (BISO) will report through the Enterprise Cybersecurity group and is aligned with the business/corporate division. The Business Information Security Officer (BISO) is the primary Cyber-point of contact for the assigned division and supports the implementation of the Cybersecurity program. The Business Information Security Officer (BISO) is a cybersecurity subject matter expert (SME) dedicated to supporting the division in making risk-informed decisions based on the evolving cyber threat landscape, regulatory requirements, and corporate policy. Similarly, the Business Information Security Officer (BISO) will provide divisional insight to the Enterprise Cybersecurity organization to make business-informed decisions on enterprise policy and controls.
Responsibilities:
The focus of this role will be to enable security by design. As such, the BISO will:

Participate in key initiatives and projects to ensure cybersecurity controls are accounted for early within the project and software development lifecycles by working with the division and providing guidance that Information Security policy complies with processes, systems, and strategic initiatives.
Onboard technologies and platforms with minimum enterprise security controls.
Provide cybersecurity expertise and strategic thought leadership, balanced with an understanding of the Division’s priorities.
Incorporate guidance from regional security team on impact of regional Cyber laws and mandates on enterprise security roadmaps.
Partner with the regional security team to maintain divisional compliance with regional cyber laws and regional audits.
Promote compliance with IT Security policy and guide the Division to BTS shared services as the solution of choice (e.g., Cloud hosting, Identity & Access Management, SSO authentication, Web design & Hosting). If solutions do not meet needs, assist the Division in selecting a 3rd party solution that does comply with IT security policy.
Engage Enterprise Cybersecurity teams when additional subject matter expertise is needed to support Divisional priorities.

Enable Risk-Informed Decisions

Conduct Business Impact Assessments for new enterprise controls and facilitate the submission and approval of business-necessary exceptions to those controls both pre-deployment and going forward.
Work with the Division to identify remediation roadmaps for enterprise control exceptions and track and report roadmaps progress.
Work with the Division & regional cyber group to define control enhancement roadmaps for unstructured and structured systems, storing highly restricted and restricted data (including privacy) as identified in the Data Loss Protection Program.
Ensure Cybersecurity Risk Assessments are conducted on all 3rd party suppliers and/or its subcontractors managing or processing personal/privacy information on behalf of the organization and provide escalation of high-risk issues arising from assessments. Partner with Regional Cyber Office ensuring Risk assessments are conducted in all division regions.
Work with the Division to identify business-critical suppliers that require a Cybersecurity Risk Assessment (e.g., due to supply chain criticality, failure by the supplier to provide services that put the company at risk).
Work with the Division to ensure Cybersecurity Risk Assessments are conducted on high-risk business applications, including & not limited to SaaS, Web applications (including eCommerce & Customer Relation Management). Provide escalation for high-risk issues arising from those assessments. Ensure remediation plans are tracked to completion.
Work with Division on a timely mitigation plan for critical and high-risk vulnerabilities.
Provide Cybersecurity Issues and Exceptions regular and timely reporting to Division Leadership with context as to how issues and exceptions translate as risk the business.
Over time, define other reporting and metrics that will be meaningful to the business and enable the Enterprise Cybersecurity to provide an Enterprise Risk view of Cybersecurity.
Facilitate Divisional Steering Committees for Enterprise Cybersecurity programs with appropriate business/corporate division leadership (currently Data Loss Protection and Manufacturing Cybersecurity)
Over time, consolidate into a single Divisional Cybersecurity Risk Steering Committee (potential to combine with Product Cybersecurity)

Support Annual Planning

Serve as a liaison between Enterprise Cybersecurity and the IT Division leadership during annual planning and strategic roadmap exercises to ensure Cybersecurity initiatives and issue remediation work is included in planning processes for funding and resource capacity, as needed.
Partner with IS, HR, Privacy, Legal and Regional Cyber teams to further the effectiveness of the Security program through effective partnerships.

Support Enterprise-wide Cybersecurity Maturity

Provide support to the Division IT and Operations in establishing Manufacturing Cybersecurity roadmaps at Wave 1 and 2 sites and provide guidelines in leveraging BTS shared services to achieve control compliance. Create regular and timely reporting of progress.
Coordinate response to Urgent-Critical vulnerabilities on non-integrated networks. Perform current-state analysis that includes vulnerability posture, control adoption and remediation status of critical and high risks and exceptions.
Coordinate response to Urgent-Critical vulnerabilities on divisionally managed IT and equipment, gathering current-state vulnerability posture and remediation status. Provide information to Enterprise Cybersecurity Operations as requested.
Participate in Cybersecurity & Privacy Incident Response Team (CP IRT) events where divisional support is required. Provide information to Enterprise Cybersecurity Operations as requested.

Qualifications:

10+ years of Information Technology roles with experience & understanding of Cyber (or IT) Risk Management practices.
Broad security knowledge. Current understanding of Industry trends and emerging threats; and knowledge of incident response methodologies and technologies.
Experience in the design, development, implementation, and operational support of business-critical solutions in large scale environments and organizations.
Translate technical/security issues to business users.
Executive presence, with excellent verbal/written communication skills, able to communicate to a wide range of audiences including executives, business stakeholders and IT team members.
Strong relationship, team building and facilitation.
Deliver projects leveraging global teams with matrix resources, able to influence others to achieve objectives.
Project management/implementation experience involving budget & resource management.

Cyber security risk management experience with security practices such as security incident response and risk management.
